Boosting employee success with inspiring sales commissions 

Challenge

Owing to a change in the global currency markets (which were diluting cash margins), our client required more effective sales commission schemes to motivate its employees. 

 

Solution

By working closely with the HR and finance functions, we identified opportunities to restructure the company’s total compensation package. 

 

Results

We succeeded in creating and implementing an innovative new scheme. This system protected employee baseline commission earnings and improved local management control over the agility of the commission scheme targets. We also improved employee’s commission earning potential, while ensuring the link to cash margin was firmly embedded within the scheme.
