Challenge

Our UK client had established customer service and credit control teams but needed help to overcome the increasing challenges of overdue debts.

 

Solution

By reviewing the credit control processes, we identified that invoice queries were contributing significantly to the company’s overdue debtsWe worked alongside the operations and customer service teams to detect the process weaknesses causing these debts. New processes were implemented, which were supported by an intense focus on process accuracy and compliance.

 

Results 

These measures led to a 90% reduction in the query resolution cycle and a direct reduction in overdue debts in less than three months.
